These two mice love to pretend, today they are Indians. The Indian Maiden and her little brother are in front of their teepee that's made with flannel fabric.  Kitchen skewers hold the teepee upright. The leather skirt that the maiden is wearing was made from the finger of a lone work glove, and the vest was cut from another glove scrap. Most of the beading was done on a beading loom by my daughters some years ago.  The Teepee sits on the "grass" made of painted fake fur and the background is a plein air oil painting.
