Mr Farmer Mouse is feeding his chickens. I painted the coop behind him (plein air)  at friend's homestead here in the Ozarks.  Combining my paintings as backdrops for the mice reminds me of my Grandmother who painted backdrops for the puppet stage that I played with as a child.
