A Little Help

The mice are busy getting food put up for winter. The cast iron pot is a bit heavy for Mrs Mouse. Mr Mouse is a willing helper.

Miss Mouse is busy in the classroom. So far no one is in the corner with the dunce hat on.

Starting the day with a little yoga.

Miss Suzie had a steam boat

The seam boat had a bell

The steam boat went to heaven,

Miss Suzie went to 

Hello operator, give me number nine.

And if you disconnect me I'll kick your big

Behind the 'frigerator there sat a piece of glass

Ms. Suzie sat upon it and broke her little 

Ask me no more questions

I'l tell you no more lies

The Boys are in the bathroom

Zipping up their

Flies are in the city 

The bees are in the park

Ms. Suzie and her boyfriend

Are kissing in the D-A-R-K D-A-R-K Dark dark 

Darker than the ocean 

Darker than the sea

Darker than the mosnster

That's chasing after me

My mother was a robber

My father was a spy

And i'm the little weiner

Who called the FBI

Mr Farmer Mouse is feeding his chickens. I painted the coop behind him (plein air)  at friend's homestead here in the Ozarks.  Combining my paintings as backdrops for the mice reminds me of my Grandmother who painted backdrops for the puppet stage that I played with as a child.
